The membership base of the national consortium DARIAH-SK has officially expanded to include two new institutions. The new members of the network, which is building the infrastructure for digital humanities in Slovakia, are Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Arts, and the Bratislava City Gallery.
The admission of these institutions strengthens the important connection of our research infrastructure with the university environment and memory institutions. The Faculty of Arts at Comenius University brings extensive research and educational capacities in the humanities and social sciences to the consortium. The Bratislava City Gallery will enrich the platform with practical experience in the digitization, management, and accessibility of visual cultural heritage.
The expansion of the membership base creates new conditions for joint projects, the sharing of good practices, and the systematic development of digital humanities in both national and international contexts.
